General Settings

This guide covers the foundational configuration options that affect the entire platform — projects, company information, payment details, lead scoring algorithms, auto-assignment rules, and email/document templates.


Projects

Navigate to Settings → Projects to manage the projects (brands) configured on your platform.

Each project represents a distinct brand or business line:

  • Project Name — Display name
  • Domain — Associated website domain
  • Logo — Brand logo for the project
  • Default Language — Primary language for this project
  • Status — Active or Inactive

Managing Projects

  1. Click Add Project to create a new brand/project.
  2. Enter the project details and branding assets.
  3. Configure project-specific settings (language, timezone, default currency).
  4. Click Save.

Company Information

Navigate to Settings → Company Info to manage your organization's details.

These details are used across the platform for correspondence, invoices, and legal documentation:

  • Company Name — Legal entity name
  • Registration Number — Business registration / incorporation number
  • Address — Registered business address
  • Phone — Primary contact number
  • Email — Official company email
  • Website — Company website URL
  • Tax ID — Tax identification number

Payment Information

Navigate to Settings → Payment Info to configure the platform's banking and payment details.

Bank Details

Add the bank accounts used for receiving customer deposits:

  • Bank Name — Name of the financial institution
  • Account Name — Account holder name
  • Account Number — Bank account number
  • SWIFT/BIC — International bank identifier
  • IBAN — International bank account number
  • Currency — Account currency
  • Purpose — Which types of transactions use this account

Payment Processors

Configure third-party payment processors:

  • Gateway Name — Payment provider name (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, local processors)
  • API Keys — Integration credentials
  • Supported Methods — Credit card, e-wallet, crypto, etc.
  • Status — Enabled or Disabled

Lead Scoring

Navigate to Settings → Lead Scoring to configure the automated lead scoring algorithm.

Lead scoring assigns a numerical score to leads based on their characteristics and behavior, helping your sales team prioritize the most promising prospects.

Score Components

Weights

Configure how much each factor contributes to the overall score:

Source & Campaign Quality

Assign quality scores to individual lead sources and campaigns:

  1. Navigate to the Source Quality tab.
  2. Each source (Google Ads, Facebook, Referral, etc.) has a quality score.
  3. Adjust the score based on historical conversion data.
  4. Repeat for the Campaign Quality tab.

Score Bands

Define bands that translate numeric scores into labels:

Auto-Assign Plans

Navigate to Settings → Auto-Assign Plans to configure how leads and customers are automatically distributed to employees.

Assignment Methods

Round RobinDistributes leads evenly across eligible employees in rotation
Score-WeightedHigher-scoring leads go to top-performing agents
Equal SplitBalances the total active lead count across agents

Creating an Auto-Assign Plan

  1. Click Create Plan.
  2. Enter a Plan Name.
  3. Select the Assignment Method.
  4. Choose the Eligible Employees or Teams.
  5. Set Filters (optional) — only assign leads matching certain criteria (source, country, score band).
  6. Configure Limits — maximum leads per agent per day/week.
  7. Activate the plan.

General Templates

Navigate to Settings → Templates → General to manage document and email templates used across the platform.

Template Types

  • Email Templates — Predefined email content for common communications
  • Document Templates — PDF/document templates for agreements, receipts, statements
  • Notification Templates — In-app notification message templates

Managing Templates

  1. Select a template category.
  2. Click on a template to edit, or Create Template for a new one.
  3. Use the template editor with:
    • Rich text formatting — Headers, lists, bold, italic, etc.
    • Variable placeholders — Dynamic fields like {{customer_name}}, {{account_number}}, {{date}}
    • Preview — See how the template renders with sample data
  4. Click Save to update the template.
